WhatsApp Free
Rich messages with images, buttons, and menus. Free for service conversations (24h window). Most popular in AU for under-40s.
Email Included
Campaigns, receipts, and detailed communications. Best for newsletters, event promotions, and post-visit follow-ups.
Booking requests Auto
Automatically receives booking requests, enquiries, and function requests from your Wabi widget. No setup needed.
